The process for Lower Sproul Redevelopment is about to officially begin with the SURGE Application Process. For context, SURGE is the temporary space allocation process in which Student Groups, currently housed in Eshleman Hall, will be housed in Hearst Gym and Hearst Field Annex, near Barrows Hall.
